Activity Master
Why should I use this form?
This form facilitates the maintenance of various activities. These Activities could belong to Employee Separation, Induction, Pre-joining, Polling or Training module. Each Activity could have employee based owner or role based owner.
If it is employee based owner, then the employee selected here will be the owner for the activity. If it is role based owner, then all the employees mapped to the selected role will be owners for the activity.
What are the Pre-requisites?
Activity Type should be defined.
Role players and Employees should be created.
Who can access this form?
This form shall be visible to all employees to whom the visibility is given in Setup HRMS à Module Role Mapping/ Module Administration.
How to navigate to this form?
HR Foundation à Setup Adrenalin à Activity Master.

List of existing activities are shown in the grid. To add new Activity:
1. Enter Activity Name.
2. Specify the Turn Around Time (TAT) for that Activity in days. This will be the period after which escalation process will be done based on the settings, if any.
3. Enter Activity Description
4. Enter the Activity Trigger Days
5. Enter ‘@@’ in Activity Owner field which populates list of employees in a drop down, as shown here:

You can also enter employee ID or Name to filter the search. For example, in the screenshot given below, the employee name has been entered, and hence the drop down is showing records based on the entered employee name.

Select an employee as the owner of the Activity. An Activity Owner is an employee who is selected by the HR Facilitator to perform the activity. When the assigned Activity Owner leaves the organization, then the HR Facilitator can assign the activity to a new owner in this form or before submitting the respective forms under the Activity Types such as Employee Separation, Induction and Pre-joining.
Select if the Activity will have Employee Based Owner or Role Based Owner. If the Activity is employee based owner, then the Activity will be assigned to a particular employee. If it is Role based owner, it will be assigned to employees who are mapped to the selected role.
Note: If Role Based Owner is selected, then the Activity Owner drop down field shows the list of available Roles as set in the Manage Role Player form.
Similarly select secondary Activity owner, and select Secondary Employee Based Owner or Secondary Role Based Owner.
6. Select the Activity Type. This will be the type to which the Activity is mapped.
7. Select Deduction Component.
8. Select Earnings Component.
9. Activity Clearance Mandatory For Final Closure – Select to confirm the activity clearance mandatory during the final closure.
10. Accept amount Payable/Recoverable in activity clearance approval form – Select to confirm whether any amount is to be paid or recovered from the employee, during the approval of activity clearance form.
11. Inactivate Activity – Select to inactivate the activity.
Click [Submit] to save the details.
Clicking [Reset] will refresh the form.
To modify any record, select the record from the grid. Selected Activity will be populated in the form. Make necessary changes and click [Submit] to save the changes.
