Section Management
Why should I use this form?
This form is used to manage various sections in the Adrenalin Portal. Changes done in this form will be applicable to all employees across the organization. The Spot Light section, CEO Speaks Section and News Section can be configured using this form.
What are the Pre-requisites?

Who can access this form?
This form shall be visible to all employees to whom the visibility is given in Setup HRMS ® Module Role Mapping/ Module Administration.

Employee Life Cycle à Portal Management à Section Management.

Select Section from the drop down field. · CEO Speaks – Content posted here will be displayed under ‘CEO speaks’ section · Spot Light – Content posted here will be displayed under ‘Spot Light’ section. · News – Content posted here will be dispalyed under ‘News’ section |

Click the [Browse] button to select Image that needs to appear on the section. |

Click the [Browse] button to select any supporting document. |
Effective From |
Select the date from when the section will be visible to the employees |
Effective To |
Select the date till when the section will be visible to the employees |
Choose Posted by Pic |
Select the employee name by typing @@ in the field, who posts the contents in the section of Spot Light & CEO Speaks. |
Active |
By default, this option will be selected while creating a new section. |
Applicable To |
Select the Applicability of Section Management by choosing the Company Level OU. |
Click [Submit] to save the details.
Click [Reset] to refresh the form.
Note: The Description, Image, Upload, Effective From, Effective To and Active fields will not be available if the section is selected as ‘News’.
Post Activity
When the section is successfully submitted, it can be viewed in the home page under respective sections.
